Data Synchronization between On-Prem & Cloud via EMP

There would be a two-way data synchronization between on-prem and cloud data store via EMP.

1. Cloud Consumers from on-prem : would consume the current feeds of all entities and store in the DB, in order to enable the modern Read APIs as well as EMP subscribers with new topic & schema
2. Cloud Consumers from cloud / TAMR : would enable data sync ability between both regions whenever needed by design, as well as option to consume feeds from trusted sources like TAMR. It’ll also open a path for async integration with applications that don’t need to use Ingest APIs
3. On-prem producers : are today’s EMP producers that are publishing data and live in production
4. On-prem consumers : would consume the feeds from modernization eco-system and publish the data to today’s MQs in production, in order to continue support to existing applications that can’t move to modern EMP immediately.
